ShiftPay Tools is an independent educational website for hourly and rotating-shift workers. It turns user-supplied rates and policies into transparent estimates without requiring an account.

Our principles

• Show the work. Results should identify the hours, rates and formula used.
• Keep it private. Core calculations run in the browser. Device saving is optional.
• Avoid false certainty. Employer, union, state and federal rules can differ.
• Design for the worker. Tools should be usable on a phone during a break or at home before payday.

What we are not

We are not an employer, payroll provider, tax preparer, law firm or government agency. Results are estimates and should be checked against your employer's official records and applicable guidance.
