For a calculation issue
Include the name of the calculator, the type of rule you entered, the result you expected and the result shown. Do not send a complete pay stub, Social Security number, employee number, bank information or other sensitive personal information.
For a factual correction
Identify the page and the specific statement that may need correction. When possible, include a link to an official government, employer or industry source that supports the correction.
For an accessibility or technical problem
Tell us which page you were using, the device and browser, what you tried to do and what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove names, pay details and other private information first.
