Why is the overtime premium only 0.5?
The straight-time earnings already include payment once for every overtime hour, so this format adds the remaining half-time premium.
Can I use two different job rates?
Yes, when both rates occur in the same workweek and a weighted-rate method applies.
Are bonuses included?
